If you receive a product that is damaged in transit, or is victim to a manufacturing defect, we will replace the item, as applicable, at our discretion. The purchased item in question must be returned and received to us prior to an exchange or replacement being issued.We accept returns for EXCHANGE ONLY up to 7 days from the delivery date.
Returns will only be accepted if product is unused/unworn and received in original packaging. Please email info@P1Brand.com with for details on exchanging your item. Exchanged items will not be credited for shipping. Customers will be responsible for return shipping to P1 Brand in Los Angeles, California/USA.
All purchases made on the P1Brand.com shop are processed, packed and shipped in a timely fashion, usually the same day an order is received (weekends and holidays excluded). At this time, we do not offer expedited shipping options for our customers. Shipping rates are provided at cost for both domestic and international customers, and although expensive, we do not profit from our shipping rates.
Domestic (US) Orders - We use USPS for shipping on all of our domestic orders. Please allow at least 5-7 business days to receive your order.
International Orders - We use USPS for shipping on all or our international orders. International orders are subject to custom fees by the recipient country government. P1 Brand is not responsible for these charges or fees. Please allow 12-15 business days to receive your order. Tracking information is unavailable for international orders.
